Company and Products


Where are Andron’s products manufactured?
Some of our products are made in the United States, and others are manufactured overseas. The majority of our products use natural tobacco and premium quality blends. We offer only the finest brands in a variety of packaging and flavors. 

 

Are your products escrow compliant or part of the MSA?
All of our brands participate in the Master Settlement Agreement or are Escrow compliant and all of our cigarettes and filtered little cigars comply with all Federal, State and local regulations.

 

Are your cigarettes stamped before they’re sold?
Yes, they have the "little colored tax stamp" on the bottom on each pack and the warning labels meet all federal guidelines and requirements. Each pack is tax stamped for the state, county, and city where the cigarette will be sold.

 

Are filtered little cigars stamped?
No, they do not require a stamp.

 

Who pays the tax on Other Tobacco Products (OTP)?
We pay the taxes on all of our other tobacco products, so the product is sold to you OTP tax paid.

How do I place an order?
If you are a new customer, call us at (800) 931-3635 and we will set up an account for you and take your order. If you are existing customer who has placed an order with us before, you may place an order online, by phone, or by fax.

 

How do I order online?
If you are a new customer, call us at (800) 931-3635 and we will set up an account for you and take your order so that you may have the option of ordering online in the future. If you are an existing customer, you may place an order online by going to our customer login page.

 

How do I order by phone?
Call us (800) 931-3635 and an account representative is waiting to take your order.

 

How do I order by fax?
If you are a new customer, call us at (800) 931-3635 and we will set up an account for you and take your order so that you may have the option of ordering by fax in the future.

 

Do you send samples?
We only send samples to licensed wholesales and retailers. Please call us at (800) 931-3635 for further information.

 

Do you have a minimum order requirement?
Yes. Order requirements may vary. Normally, our minimum order is one case which you can customize. Please call us at (800) 931-3635 for more information.

 

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept several methods of payment, including EFT (Electronic checks), credit card, COD, and wire transfers.

Shipping and Delivery

 

How soon after I place my order can I expect to receive it?
We process your order within 24 hours of receiving it.  You should expect to receive your order within 7 to 10 business days after placing it.

 

Where do you deliver your products?
We ship to the entire United States and United States Territories.  We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

 

What are your shipping rates?
Our minimum freight and handling charge is $54.00 per case depending on your geographic region. These prices may vary according to common carrier rates.

 

What is your return policy?
The return policy for products varies by manufacturer. Most of our manufacturers agree that if your company is unable to sell the products, the manufacturer will, at your request take back any unopened, undamaged, product and provide you a full and complete refund of your money within thirty days of their receipt of the product.

 

How can I check my order status?
A customer access code is required to check order status. Please call us at (800) 931-3635 to receive your code.

If I place an order on a Saturday, when will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Orders received on Saturdays are processed the next business day. Customers can expect to receive their order within 7 to 10 business days following order processing.
